Refund policy

all products listed on this site: return policy:

returns accepted via mail or in store ( San Francisco).  For in-store returns, printout of your online receipt required.

WE DO NOT ISSUE RETURN LABELS, customers are responsible for the cost of any shipping for returned items.

Online purchases qualify for Returns and exchanges 30 Days from the time your order SHIPS.  Items must be unworn, in NEW condition, with original tags attached, refunds will be processed within 3 days of receipt of your returned item.

Buyer responsible for return shipping expense.

No need to contact us before mailing back your item. Simply mail it to :

include your order number on or in the package so we know who to refund.

EXCHANGES:  Return your item to us, we will issue a refund, then you can make a new order for the item / size that you need.  our system doesn't have an actual "exchange" function.
